Can you create portraits of any type of pet?
Absolutely! We specialize in crafting portraits for a diverse range of pets globally, from adorable rabbits to pet birds. If it's a pet, we're likely able to create a portrait for you. However, please be aware that we currently do not offer human portraits, regardless of how charming you may be!
Do you provide artwork previews or proofs before printing my pet's portrait?
Yes, we do provide a proof of the artwork. This is typically sent within 2-3 business days via email after purchase (please check your spam folder). Due to the large volume of requests we receive, any proofs that are not responded to within 72 hours will be automatically approved. You can request up to two changes at no additional charge. You can purchase up to two additional rounds of changes for an additional charge of $10.
Can I include multiple pets in one portrait?
Certainly! For portraits with two pets, click here and for three pets, click here . If you wish to include more than three pets in a single portrait, please contact our support team at support@milesandmikey.com for assistance.
Is it possible to modify my order after it has been submitted?
Yes, you can alter your pet portrait order if you contact support@milesandmikey.com within 30 minutes of placing your order. After this period, most modifications, including address changes, may not be possible. Please be aware that order alterations could potentially lead to shipping delays.
Can I get a portrait without including a name?
Absolutely! We understand and appreciate the appeal of modern, minimalist design. If you'd like your pet's portrait without a name, simply type "NONE" in the name field.
What constitutes a good photo?
A good photo should meet the following criteria:
- It should be taken in a well-lit area, preferably with natural light and without a filter.
- It should be a close-up, front-facing shot capturing as much of the pet's ears, head, neck, and chest as possible for a quality crop of your pet's face. Photos of your pet lying down are not recommended.
- Overhead or blurry shots should be avoided.

Can I get a digital copy of my portrait?
For an additional charge, we can provide you a high-quality digital file of your finalized artwork, which we provide as an additional feature with any physical product purchase. The digital file will be delivered to you electronically once your order has been dispatched. Please be aware that we currently do not provide a digital file as a separate product.
Can I expedite my order?
We can expedite the creation of your custom portrait as an optional service that allows your custom portrait to be prioritized in our artist's queue. This service ensures your artwork is completed and dispatched faster compared to orders without this add-on. However, it's important to note that this service does not affect the speed of shipping or transit time.
