Absolutely. Only the freshest coffee gives you a true Good Cuppa Coffee. So, as soon as you order, that is when we roast!

You should store your coffee in a cool, dry place, away from excessive heat, like near an oven or direct sunlight. While you can store unopened coffee in its Good Cuppa Coffee packaging for a few months, the rules change once you open the bag. 

It’s best to transfer your beans in a non-transparent airtight canister after you open the bag to keep them as fresh as possible.

Once the bag is opened and air hits the beans, freshness, and flavor begin to decline. That said, try to use up your beans within their original packaging within two weeks. Fresh is always best!
