Why we specialise in gender neutral children's clothing?
As a mum of two – a not-so-little girl and a growing boy – I’ve always found shopping for children’s clothes incredibly frustrating. Walk into any shop and you’ll see rows and rows of girls' clothing with endless variety… but the boys’ section? Often just one rail, and it all looks the same.
That’s one of the biggest reasons I steered Sunshine & Violets to keep gender neutral at its forefront – to offer a fresh, fun, and fair approach to children’s fashion. We focus on creating gender neutral children’s clothing that’s just as exciting for boys as it is for girls. I recently purchased a short sleeve tshirt and matching shorts in Lavender Fields for my 9 month old baby girl; they are absolutely beautiful! We have had so many lovely compliments. Not only does it look wonderful, the quality is outstanding.

These little dungarees are so adorable. The fabric is so soft and the colours are so bright on the jungle animals. The fit is lovely, with plenty of growing room. They are nice and stretchy, perfect for climbing and playing. Very pleased!
